IAQnet LLC's web-based training division, IAQschool.online, is kicking off the new year with its new live, online NYS DOL Mold Refresher Class, where students can attend the course remotely from their home or office.

IAQnet's IAQschool.online became the first training provider to be approved by NYSDOL to offer an online Mold Refresher Course for meeting New York's Article 32 requirements on Mold License renewals.

Now licensees can take the mandatory 4-hour class from their home or office, rather than having to travel to a training school location.

SYRACUSE NY - IAQschool.online / IAQnet LLC recently received licensing approval from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation as a Mold Continuing Education Training Provider.  A list of their DBPR-approved classes will be posted shortly.

Insurance companies and government agencies can reduce risk and protect the public interest by ensuring that workers are knowledgable and competent to perform their tasks. To reach this goal, they often require that workers complete a specified training course.
In fact, however, requiring a training course cannot ensure that workers are knowledgeable and competent, because this method does not provide a reliable means of verification. The only way to ensure that individuals are properly trained is to require a credible certification.

A professional certification has value if it helps the certificant explain his expertise to potential clients or employers – in other words, it has primary value as a marketing tool.  In order for this value to be realized, consumers must know the certification by reputation.
